What the work involves:

• 8 Hours - Day Shifts (United States of America)
• Individuals who have recently been discharged from a hospital or skilled nursing facility and are recuperating, but not fully recovered.
• People who require education about a recently diagnosed illness or medical condition.
• Since 1965, we have provided home health services to Sioux Falls, and are proud to continue to offer expert care. Sanford Home Health provides services in Sioux Falls, SD, Vermillion, S.D.
• Based on facility needs and assigned locations, may focus on those receiving intervention in the post-acute, long term care and home health care environments.
• Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure.
