3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects.
4. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of care protocols and policies.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
7. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

1. Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Dakota.
2. BLS and ACLS certifications.
3. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to adapt to different healthcare environments and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
