Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Long Term Care Facility Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our long-term care facility, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the long-term care facility, including staffing, budgeting, and resident care.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, families, and residents to create individualized care plans.
• Supervise and train staff to ensure they provide compassionate and effective care to residents.
• Monitor the quality of care provided and implement improvements as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid SD Registered Nurse (RN) license or LPN Certification
• BLS certification.
