Job Description:

MLee Healthcare is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our client's healthcare team. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, supporting nursing staff, and ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
2. Monitor and record vital signs under the supervision of nursing staff.
3. Provide assistance to healthcare professionals during medical procedures.
4. Ensure a clean and safe patient environment.
5. Respond promptly to patient calls and provide emotional support.
6. Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement care plans.
7. Document patient information and report any changes to the nursing staff.
8. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant program.
3. Current CNA certification in the state of South Dakota.
4. CPR certification is required.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
8. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
