Physical Therapist (PT) - 13 Week Contract *Earn up to $43,000 at the end of the 13 week assignment M-F | Day Shift | Mixed Setting&nbsp; &nbsp;Responsible for the evaluation of patients referred for physical therapy treatment, formulation of treatment plan and goals, and administration of the physical therapy treatments.
