Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Shift Laboratory Supervisor to lead our overnight operations. Shift differential included for night shift.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise night shift laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with established protocols and quality standards.
• Lead and support a team of lab technicians and assistants, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Oversee the maintenance and functionality of laboratory equipment, addressing any technical issues promptly.
• Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain the accuracy and reliability of test results.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline sample processing and result reporting.
• Maintain accurate records of laboratory procedures, results, and inventory.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related scientific field (e.g., Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant laboratory experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering precise results.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead a night shift team effectively.
• Proficiency in laboratory equipment operation and relevant software.
• Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
