ARRT Radiologic Technologist
A well-respected hospital in South Carolina to hire a Radiologic Technologist for a full-time, permanent role. This position offers the opportunity to join a dedicated healthcare team in a state-of-the-art facility, providing diagnostic imaging services that are vital for patient care. $7,500 Relocation Assistance for eligible candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-rays, fluoroscopy, and other related imaging techniques.
- Prepare and position patients to obtain accurate and high-quality images while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Operate radiology equipment with precision and follow established protocols for each imaging modality.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to discuss imaging findings and ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure that all imaging studies are properly documented and stored.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols, ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
ARRT Radiologic Technologist Qualifications:
- Current ARRT certification in Radiography (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
- Active South Carolina state licensure (or eligibility for licensure).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Previous experience in diagnostic radiology preferred but not required.
