Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physicians' treatment plans.
- Conduct regular patient rounds, ensuring safety and patient satisfaction.
- Foster a compassionate and respectful environment for patients and their families.
- Assist with daily operations and serve as Charge Nurse when required.
RN - Medical/Surgical Qualifications:
- Active RN license in South Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Resuscitative Certification (required for Charge Nurse roles).
