Registered Nurse - Ortho / Neurology Floor (FT)

MLee Healthcare is partnering with a respected healthcare system to find qualified candidates for the position of Registered Nurse (RN) on the Ortho/Neuro floor. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and maintaining high standards of service excellence.

Relocation Assistance: $7,500

Registered Nurse (RN) Schedule:

• Three 12-hour shifts
• 72 hours biweekly
• Day and night shifts available

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs based on history, observation, physical examination, and diagnostic data analysis.
• Plan individualized nursing care to meet the holistic, age-specific needs of patients.
• Provide nursing interventions consistent with the Plan of Care and standards of practice, incorporating Physician-prescribed medical care.
• Conduct hourly rounds using service excellence standards.
• Utilize appropriate health and safety equipment to protect both patients and staff.
• Apply standard care practices for central lines, Foley catheters, pressure ulcers, ventilators (if applicable), restraints, and patients at risk for falls.

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Active RN licensure in SC
• NIHSS Certification (preferred or obtained within 6 months of hire)
• ACLS/PALS certification (preferred)
