Primary Care LPN

Primary Care LPN - Vascular or Orthopedic 

We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care LPN to join the MLR Healthcare team at a large health system in South Carolina. In this role, you will provide direct care to patients and play a vital part in our healthcare team.

As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a team of professionals in a dynamic environment, ensuring high-quality care and support for our patients. Your contributions will be essential in delivering timely and compassionate service.

Pay: $62,697 - $72,847 
Schedule: Day/Nights

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting nurses and often overseeing one or more CNA to carry out care plans, and maintain patient comfort and well being
• Taking a direct role in providing personal care to those in their charge, often assisting with all areas of the patients daily living needs
• Communicating changes in patient behavior or health status to nurses, physicians, and family members

Requirements: 

• ASN Minimum 
• Licensed LPN in the State 
• Pass the NCLEX-PN 
• BLS & ACLS
