Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Opportunity

MLee Healthcare is looking for an experienced and dedicated Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join a cutting-edge surgical facility near Myrtle Beach, SC. This is a full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus and up to $7,500 in relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

Starting Pay: Competitive hourly rate starting at $30.00.

Key Responsibilities:

• Surgical Preparation: Maintain a sterile environment for surgeries, ensuring all instruments and supplies are prepared and in optimal working condition.
• Shift: Flexible 4x10 or 5x8 schedule (day shifts).
• Instrument Handling: Assist surgeons by passing instruments and supplies, anticipating their needs for smooth and efficient procedures.
• Patient Care: Work closely with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgery.
• Equipment Management: Maintain, troubleshoot, and ensure readiness of all surgical equipment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist is preferred.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the surgical team.
• Certification: Must hold a current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification.
