Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN - Home Health

MLee Healthcare is partnering with a respected local health system to recruit skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time, permanent roles. Key Responsibilities:

• Nursing Care: Deliver hands-on nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and executing care plans.
• Patient Observation: Observe and promptly report any changes in patients' conditions to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Clinical Procedures: Assist with wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, and other clinical tasks.
• Daily Activities Support: Help patients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
• Documentation: Accurately document patient care, treatments, and observations in electronic medical records (EMR).

Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN - Home Health Qualifications:

• Licensure: Active LPN license in South Carolina.
• Education: Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience: Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
