Position Summary: MLee Healthcare is looking for a Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire Certified Surgical Technologist to work with surgeons to ensure safe surgeries. $7,500 for relocation assistance if required.

Certified Surgical Technologist Summary:

• Surgical Assistance: Act as the first assist during surgeries, including handling instruments and aiding the surgeon.
• Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire
• Documentation: Perform initial and additional counts of instruments and supplies, and assist with specimen handling.
• Hospital Setting 
• Shift Differentials: $6.00 night shift differential, stackable with $4.00 weekend differential, and a $1.25 evening differential
• Shifts: Mostly Days

Qualifications:

• Experience: Three to Five years as a Certified Surgical Technologist, including proficiency in endo-vein harvesting preferred.
• Education: Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology Program.
• Certification: Certification through NBSTSA or National Surgical Assistant Association or eligibility to become certified.
• Continuing Education: Complete 20 CEUs annually.
