The Patient Care Supervisor – Neuro Endovascular is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in the neuro endovascular unit. This position ensures compliance with clinical standards, manages staff performance, and supports the professional development of the care team. The supervisor will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and ensure operational efficiency. 
 

Pay: $82,980 - $105,039 
Schedule: Days 
 
Key Responsibilities:  

• Provide direct supervision to nursing and clinical staff in the neuro endovascular unit. 
• Monitor patient care delivery to ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and organizational policies. 
• Serve as a clinical resource for complex cases and neuro endovascular procedures. 
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor nursing and support staff. 
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and develop individualized development plans. 

Key Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management preferred. 
• Current RN license 
• Certification in neurovascular or critical care nursing preferred. 
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience in neuro endovascular, neurology, or critical care. 
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
