MLee Healthcare is currently working with a key client to fill multiple full-time, permanent, direct-hire Registered Nurse (RN) roles across various locations. These positions offer an excellent opportunity to join a respected healthcare system, providing high-quality care in a Med/Surg setting. $7,500 relocation assistance is offered.
$6.00 night shift differential
$4.00 weekend differential (stackable)
$1.25 evening differential (stackable)
Med/Surg Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
- Full-Time; 72 hours biweekly. Night Shift, 7 PM - 7 AM
- Maintain a professional demeanor and provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, physicians, and colleagues, in alignment with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments by gathering data from history, observation, physical examinations, and diagnostic analysis to determine individualized nursing care needs
- Develop and implement personalized nursing care plans that address the holistic, age-specific needs of patients, following the Physician's medical directives and standards of practice
- Perform Hourly Rounds according to service excellence standards to ensure patient care and satisfaction
- Create a caring, compassionate, and respectful environment for patients, families, and visitors, using appropriate health and safety equipment to protect both patients and staff
- Apply standard protocols in managing central lines, Foley catheters, pressure ulcers, ventilators (if applicable), restraints, and fall-risk patients
- Support departmental efficiency, particularly when serving as the charge nurse, which requires Advanced Resuscitative Certification specific to the patient population in this role
- Reports to CNO, Nursing Director, House Supervisor, or Charge Nurse.
Licenses/Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required for all nurses.
- Advanced Resuscitative Certification specific to the patient population required for Charge Nurse or PCS roles.
- Specialty certification is preferred.
