MLR is actively recruiting for several full-time, permanent Registered Nurse (RN) roles on behalf of a leading healthcare system. These positions offer the chance to join a respected organization, delivering high-quality care in a Med/Surg setting.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work Schedule: Full-Time, 72 hours biweekly
• Shift: Night Shift, 7 PM - 7 AM
• Deliver exceptional patient care, maintaining professionalism with patients, families, physicians, and colleagues in alignment with Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including history collection, physical exams, and diagnostic analysis, to determine individualized care needs.
• Develop and implement personalized nursing care plans to meet the unique, age-specific needs of each patient, in accordance with physician directives and professional standards.
• Conduct Hourly Rounds to ensure patient safety and enhance patient satisfaction.
• Manage central lines, Foley catheters, pressure ulcers, ventilators (if applicable), restraints, and fall-risk patients, following established protocols.

Acute Med / Surg Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required for all nursing staff.
• Advanced Resuscitative Certification for the specific patient population is required for Charge Nurse or PCS roles.
