Incentives: Up-to $15k offered for sign-on & $5k relo package & $5/hr critical bonus on top of the base rate


Job Duties:

  • Provide professional care in SHVI Invasive Cardiac Pediatric and Peripheral Laboratories
  • Work at any SHVI location on a temporary or semi-permanent basis as needed
  • Maintain a safe work environment and ensure safe practices
  • Maintain clinical and professional competency as per patient needs
  • Assist in performance excellence, growth, quality, customer service, employee engagement, and community benefit
     

Essential Functions:

  • Represent core values: caring, commitment, integrity, teamwork, safety, communication, and service recovery
  • Contribute to the Patient-Centered Care Philosophy and patient comfort
  • Perform treatments, therapies, and procedures under physician direction
  • Administer medication under direct supervision
  • Document patient information accurately
     

Physical Requirements:

  • Work at an intermittent to rapid pace with high-pressure situations
  • Perform tasks such as walking, standing, sitting, lifting, reaching, and bending
  • Handle weights up to 50 pounds while assisting patients and handling equipment
  • Require fluency in English, intact sensory abilities, and good coordination
  • Handle radiation protection gear and respond quickly to changing conditions
  • Potential exposure to radiation, secretions, and blood
     

Skills:

  • Prefer experience in Invasive Cardiovascular Specialist/Electrophysiology Specialist roles
  • Require Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Certification or equivalent
  • Maintain current BLS, ACLS, and CCI requirements
     

Education:

  • Completion of an accredited program in Cardiovascular/Cardiopulmonary technology, The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, nursing, or related field.
