Acute RN Supervisor, Operating Room - Full Time
MLR is partnering with a leading healthcare provider to recruit an experienced Critical & Acute Care Registered Nurse (RN) for the Operating Room. This essential role involves delivering expert care to patients with complex health conditions in a fast-paced environment. All positions come with $7,500 in relocation assistance.
Compensation:
- Night Shift Differential: $6.00 (stackable with $4.00 weekend differential and $1.25 evening differential)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs through medical history, observations, and diagnostic data.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s requirements.
- Administer care in accordance with the Plan of Care and physician’s orders.
- Support hourly rounds and adhere to standard care protocols for central lines, Foley catheters, pressure ulcers, and other patient needs.
- Manage department operations, addressing employee issues and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Organize workflow, manage staffing, and oversee performance improvement initiatives.
- Assist in fiscal management to ensure efficient department operations.
Acute RN Supervisor, Operating Room - Full Time Qualifications:
- Education: BSN preferred; ADN accepted with relevant experience.
- Licensure: Active RN license in South Carolina.
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; CCRN preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years in critical or acute care settings.
