About the Medical Technologist/Technician Role:
MLR is looking for a skilled and motivated Medical Technologist/Technician to join our dedicated laboratory team in Pennsylvania. You will play a crucial role in performing essential laboratory tests and procedures to aid in diagnosing, treating, and preventing various illnesses. Your responsibilities will include sample testing, analysis, equipment maintenance, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities as a Medical Technologist/Technician:
- Perform comprehensive lab tests on blood, urine, and tissue specimens.
- Operate and maintain lab equipment with accuracy and precision.

Required Qualifications for a Medical Technologist/Technician:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
- Certification: ASCP certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) is preferred but not required.
- Licensure: Valid Pennsylvania state license is mandatory.
- Experience: A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a laboratory setting.
