Physical Therapist (PT) - 13 Week Contract
*Earn up to $3,000 per week!!*
M-F | Day Shift

Responsible for the evaluation of patients referred for physical therapy treatment, formulation of treatment plan and goals, and administration of the physical therapy treatments. The Physical Therapist shall be active in outpatient services and shall interact with all hospital departments and medical staff.

Physical Therapist Job Type:

• Graduate of accredited school of Physical Therapy with Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Experience: 2 Years Minimum
• Epic experience needed

Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications:

• Must be licensed in the state of Pennsylvania as a physical therapist.
• BLS Certification required.
