• Develops and/or follows an individualized treatment plan for each assigned patient which includes goals of treatment. Updates goals and records patient progress according to Departmental and Hospital procedures.
• Maintains productivity and fiscal responsibility in the utilization/provision of services.
• Maintains competencies and knowledge of department policies and procedures, with the support of a Clinical Supervisor.
• Master's Degree Speech-Language Pathology - Required
