• What you will do Coordination of transplants during business hours daily.
• Acts as liaison between the transplant team and the patient families. Participate in education to families post-transplant in preparation for discharge.
• Participate in Transplant Evaluations, including coordinating collection of data.
• Responsible for regulatory policies, processes and data entry through UNOS.
