MRI Supervisor (ARRT MR) - Full Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000

MLR is seeking a dedicated and experienced MRI Supervisor to lead our state-of-the-art imaging department. In this role, you will provide hands-on leadership, manage daily operations, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest level of diagnostic services and patient care.

Key Responsibilities as a MRI Supervisor:

• Oversee daily operations of the MRI department, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Supervise and mentor MRI Technologists, providing guidance to ensure top-quality imaging services.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize imaging protocols and enhance patient care.
• Manage equipment maintenance and inventory.
• Coordinate staff schedules, assignments, and training initiatives.

Qualifications for a MRI Supervisor:

• ARRT (MR) Certification.
• New Jersey DEP License.
• Preferred: At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Five years of MRI experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
