Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery TRAVEL
We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Labor and Delivery Nurse for a travel assignment in Pennsylvania. As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will be responsible for providing specialized care to expectant mothers and their newborns. You will play a crucial role in assisting with labor, monitoring the health of both mother and baby, and providing support during the delivery process.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with labor and delivery procedures
- Monitor fetal heart rate patterns and maternal vital signs
- Administer medications and pain management techniques
- Educate and support expectant mothers and their families
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience
- Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Registration and current RN license in Pennsylvania
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
