Clinical Nurse Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced nursing professional to join our team as a Clinical Care Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing clinical care, ensuring patient safety, implementing quality initiatives, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will oversee staffing and scheduling, and serve as a resource to your team. As the Clinical Care Manager, you will be responsible for evaluating and updating departmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with evidence-based practice.

Position Responsibilities

  • Manage clinical care, patient safety, quality initiatives, and customer satisfaction in assigned unit
  • Implement the philosophy, goals, and standards of the Department of Nursing and the Organization
  • Formulate and monitor capital, personnel, and operating budgets
  • Direct staffing and scheduling of personnel and maintain a positive communication climate
  • Plan and coordinate orientation and educational needs of staff

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN),
  • Five (5) years of nursing experience with 3 years of Ambulatory Care and/or Endoscopy Unit experience.
  • Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory position in an Ambulatory Care or Endoscopy Unit is preferred.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and clinical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changes in a dynamic environment.
  • Current active ASPAN membership with knowledge of evidence-based protocols.
