Schedule: Night Shift (7pm - 7am)
Summary:Responsibilities include overall patient nursing care, collaborating with Nursing Director, upholding standards and policies, planning safe staffing, acting as a patient advocate, assisting in other departments, finding resources, coaching employees, providing leadership during emergencies, and maintaining attendance
Requirements:
- RN license in PA
- BLS Certification
- Previous nursing experience with a focus on leadership or supervision
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices
- Effective leadership and communication skills
