Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Night Nurse Manager to join our dynamic team in Pennsylvania. The Night Nurse Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of patient care during the night shift, ensuring that our high standards of quality and safety are maintained at all times. Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise nursing staff during the night shift, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient allocation of resources.
• Oversee patient care activities, including assessments, treatment planning, and implementation of nursing interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to any changes in condition, collaborating with healthcare team members to adjust care plans as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development opportunities.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required, master's degree in nursing or related field preferred.
• Current Pennsylvania RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience, with demonstrated leadership and management skills.
• Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in acute care settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, make sound decisions, and manage resources efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
