Med-Surg Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and promptly report any significant changes in condition.
- Administer medications, perform wound care, manage IV lines and urinary catheters, and accurately document all patient care activities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, communicate effectively with patients and families, and participate in patient care conferences and rounds.
Med-Surg Registered Nurse Requirements:
- ASN or BSN nursing degree
- RN License in PA
- BLS Certification, ACLS Recommended
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Ability to work in a high-tempo large hospital system.
