CRNA Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania.
• CRNA certification from an accredited program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• CRNA experience (OR substantial RN experience) in a hospital or surgical setting.
• Advanced knowledge of anesthesia principles and techniques.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.

CRNA Responsibilities:

• Administer safe and effective anesthesia during surgical procedures.
• Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic assessments and collaborate on individualized care plans.
• Monitor vital signs, anesthesia depth, and patient responses throughout surgery.
• Manage post-anesthetic care, addressing pain and complications.
