Operating Room - Registered Nurse (RN) - Travel

** MLee Healthcare is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join an accomplished hospital Operating Room team in the Philadelphia area *** 

Schedule:

5x8 hr night shifts from 10:30p-7a with 4-6 weekend shifts and 4-6 calls assigned during the 6 week schedule (30-min response time).

Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are looking for a Registered Nurse to care for our patients and facilitate their speedy recovery in the Operating Room.

Operating Room Registered Nurse Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the provision of safe patient care, assuring confidentiality, comfort, and advocacy within the scope of nursing practice.
• Performs circulating functions, including monitoring, recording, and communicating patient condition and managing overall nursing care of patients before, during, and after the procedure.
• Prepares operating rooms and surgical instruments and equipment for use.

Travel Operating Room RN Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania or Compact licensure.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification from an approved training course or obtained at the next available class date.
• 2 years of OR RN Circulation experience required.
