We're hiring a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support inpatient and outpatient home-based rehab services in scenic eastern Oregon. Position Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients across a variety of care settings
- Deliver evidence-based therapy to improve function in daily living and promote independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive equipment, and lifestyle strategies
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain thorough documentation and uphold quality care standards
Role Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree followed by a Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Oregon Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to complete upon hire)
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
