Laboratory Manager

Job Location: This facility is located a few hours east of Portland in Southern Washington. Relocation will be required, and relo incentives are based on experience.

Position: Laboratory Manager

Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Supervisor responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinical laboratory department. Ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery. Requires strong leadership, extensive knowledge of laboratory procedures, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology with ASCP or equivalent certification.
• Current Washington State Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist certification.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• 5+ years of medical technologist experience with generalist responsibilities.
• 3+ years in a Lead/Supervisory/Section Head role involving high-complexity testing.
• Knowledge of departmental/hospital operational management, including budgeting, policy administration, staff evaluation, quality care management, and accreditation.
• Experience with laboratory information systems.
