This is a home-based work opportunity. The individual can work anywhere in the continental US but must be within a reasonable distance to a major airport, and travel away from home of approximately 25%-50% should be expected. Inherently the position provides a high level of freedom and flexibility.

Applicant Requirements
- Must be an experienced ergonomist.
- A CPE is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of industrial ergonomic risk analysis and solution development experience is required.
- Design reviews/ job simulation ergonomics analysis experience is preferred.
- Motion capture ergonomics analysis experience is preferred.
- 3 years of ergonomic risk analysis and solution development experience is required.
- Office ergonomics program management experience is preferred.
- Ergonomic software design and development experience is preferred.
- Experience with other injury prevention services such as job demands analysis, post-offer pre-employment and return to work physical function screens, and early intervention/industrial athlete services is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of industry experience with program launch and ongoing account management is required.
- Experience managing others is highly preferred.
- For the Director position only:
- A minimum of 5 years of industry sales experience is required.
- Experience with negotiating contracts and revising contract language is highly preferred.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be comfortable with working from home, and self-motivated enough to do so effectively.
- Must have a quiet space within the home to conduct professional telephone conversations.
- Must be highly organized, detail orientated, and able to multi-task easily.
- Must have a positive, outgoing personality.
