MLR is seeking a full-time, permanent, direct-hire Occupational Therapist to join their client’s dedicated healthcare team in Oregon!

 

Key Responsibilities for Occupational Therapist:

  • Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance patients' ability to perform daily activities.
  • Work closely with physicians, healthcare professionals, and caregivers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and lifestyle adjustments for long-term success.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Utilize innovative techniques and evidence-based practices to improve patient care and functionality.
  • Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Occupational Therapist Qualifications:

  • Current Oregon Occupational Therapist License (or eligibility for licensure).
  • Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • CPR and BLS certifications (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
