Multi-Modality Imaging Technologist
Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and versatile Multi-Modality Imaging Technologist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will use your expertise in X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound to produce high-quality diagnostic images essential for accurate diagnoses and treatment plans. As part of a collaborative healthcare team, you will contribute to patient care in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform imaging procedures across multiple modalities, including X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during exams, adhering to proper protocols.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to optimize imaging protocols and review results.
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with advancements in imaging technology.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Radiography is required; additional certifications in CT, MRI, or ultrasound are highly preferred.
- Prior experience in a multi-modality imaging environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
