Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical condition, medical history, and treatment goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and physician referrals.
• Implement a variety of evidence-based physical therapy techniques to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote healing.
• Monitor patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide ongoing education to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, treatment outcomes, and billing information.
• Stay current with industry trends, advancements in physical therapy, and best practices to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
