Registered Nurse Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Acute Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional care to patients experiencing acute, critical, or urgent conditions. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Registered Nurse Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to critically ill patients in settings such as ICU, ER, Med-Surg, and more.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately and promptly in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Care for patients with complex medical needs, including trauma, multi-system failure, or post-surgical recovery.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and recovery strategies.

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• Active and current RN license.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
