Key Responsibilities for MLT / MT:

Requirements for MLT / MT:
- Associate’s Degree or higher in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field from an accredited institution.
- ASCP or AMT Certification or eligibility is required.
- Experience preferred but recent graduates are welcome to apply!
- Proficient in a broad range of laboratory tests and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
