Registered Nurse Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Acute Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will provide exceptional care to patients facing acute, critical, or urgent health conditions. Working in fast-paced settings like the ICU, ER, and Med-Surg units, you’ll collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver top-quality, patient-centered care.
Registered Nurse Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct care to critically ill patients in various settings including ICU, ER, Med-Surg, and more.
- Continuously assess, monitor, and document patient conditions in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and interventions as per care plans.
- Care for patients with complex medical conditions such as trauma, multi-system failure, and post-surgical recovery.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and recovery strategies.
Registered Nurse Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted RN license.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications are required.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to function effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
