Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality respiratory care to patients of all ages, including newborns, children, and adults.
• Perform diagnostic tests to assess lung function and determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic gases and medications via inhalation and monitor patients' responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory health and management techniques.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Ohio (RRT preferred).
• Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent education from an accredited program.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
