One Patient, One Home, One Step at a Time
A Home Health PT Role Where Every Visit Brings You Closer to What Matters Most

There’s something powerful about stepping into a home for the first time—not as a guest, but as a partner in healing.

In the quiet towns and scenic stretches of central Ohio, where the pace of life allows for meaningful work and deeper relationships, we’re inviting you to do physical therapy differently. To work not under fluorescent lights, but beneath skylights and ceiling fans. To meet patients where they are—physically, emotionally, and personally—and walk beside them as they reclaim movement, strength, and confidence.

As a Full-Time Physical Therapist in Home Health, you’ll find not only a fulfilling clinical career, but a lifestyle rooted in autonomy, purpose, and peace of mind. Your work will be intimate. Impactful. And often, unforgettable.

Your Days Will Be Measured in Progress—and Gratitude

Each morning, your schedule will take you to living rooms, kitchen tables, sun porches, and backyard steps. Every home is different. Every patient brings their own story. And every visit is a chance to make life better in small but lasting ways.

You’ll provide comprehensive evaluations, develop personalized therapy plans, and guide your patients through exercises and techniques that support recovery from injury, surgery, or illness. You’ll monitor strength, balance, range of motion, and gait—and adjust treatment plans to reflect every meaningful milestone along the way.

Whether helping someone climb their stairs again for the first time in months, or teaching a caregiver how to support a new prosthetic, your role will be part teacher, part coach, part trusted companion.

And while your documentation will be timely and thorough, your legacy will live not just in charts—but in the ease with which someone stands again, or the relief on a daughter’s face when her father walks across the room.

The Setting: Rural Peace, Real Belonging

Outside of work, your surroundings offer a kind of stillness that’s hard to find elsewhere. You’ll live and work in a place where traffic is rare, sunsets are big, and the air still smells like grass after a summer rain. Here, family-owned diners know your name, neighbors wave from porches, and life feels refreshingly uncluttered.

This isn’t a place for those seeking hustle. It’s for those seeking harmony. Trails, creeks, wooded parks, and historic small-town downtowns offer just enough to explore—and just enough to unwind. Whether you’re biking after work, gardening on weekends, or stargazing from a backyard with zero light pollution, you’ll have room to exhale.

And when you want a bit more buzz, you’re just a short drive from Columbus—giving you access to world-class food, culture, and entertainment without giving up the lifestyle that makes you feel at home.

The Heart You Bring, The Care We Support

To be successful here, you’ll need more than licensure and technique. You’ll need compassion, independence, and a drive to do right by every patient—even when it takes extra time or a little creative thinking.

We require a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, along with an active Ohio PT license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license with auto insurance.

While we value previous home health experience, we welcome strong clinicians who bring flexibility, accountability, and a willingness to learn. You should be comfortable working one-on-one with patients and families, adapting therapy strategies to different environments, and supervising PT Assistants when necessary. Experience with OASIS documentation is a plus, though training is available for motivated professionals.

What matters most is that you believe in people. In their ability to recover, adapt, and rise again. And in your role as someone who helps them do just that.

What You’ll Receive—Beyond the Paycheck

We honor the work of home health professionals by offering more than appreciation—we offer real investment. That includes a $20,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year contract, a consistent Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–4:30 PM), and shared holiday on-call.

Our full benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, retirement with employer match, tuition assistance, and access to continuing education resources. More than perks, you’ll find a workplace culture that celebrates your voice, values your judgment, and trusts you to do your best work without micromanagement.

You’ll also gain something less tangible, but just as important: the deep fulfillment that comes from knowing your work matters—not just to patients, but to the families who love them.

You’ve Got the Skills. We’ve Got the Space. Let’s Do This Together.

If you’re ready to practice physical therapy in a way that honors both clinical excellence and personal connection, this is the role for you. It’s your chance to build relationships, inspire resilience, and make a lasting difference—one visit, one conversation, one breakthrough at a time.
