Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 40-hour work week

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Allied Health Professions in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Ohio.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients, interpret findings, develop and implement effective care plans, and deliver high-quality care to achieve optimal functional outcomes.
• Regularly re-evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary in a timely manner.
• Treat patients according to established care plans, assess progress, and make clinical adjustments to meet patient needs and support recovery.
