VP of Finance - Acute / Hospital Setting

MLee Healthcare is seeking a Vice President of Finance Services to oversee our accounting functions and contribute to our organization's strategic financial success.

VP of Finance Position Details:

• Full Time / Day Shift

Primary Responsibilities for the VP of Finance:

• Oversee monthly closing activities and ensure accurate financial statements.
• Provide leadership to Supply Chain, Health Information Management, Central Billing Office, and Revenue Integrity Departments.
• Develop, monitor, and report on Fiscal Services Quality Indicators.
• Implement and oversee strategic pricing initiatives.
• Coordinate the Capital Committee for appropriate decision-making on capital requests.
• Develop and present business plans and proformas related to recruitment, acquisitions, or new products/services.

Requirements for the VP of Finance:

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
• Hospital based experience required.
