Walk With People as They Reclaim Their Strength — and Rediscover Their Lives
A Full-Time Home Health Physical Therapy Role for Clinicians Who Lead With Heart and Heal With Hands
There’s a quiet kind of heroism in helping someone stand for the first time after surgery. In guiding a stroke survivor through a new gait pattern in the familiar space of their kitchen. In watching someone’s hesitation give way to hope—all because you showed up, on time, prepared, and truly present.
As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you won’t just deliver therapy plans. You’ll deliver encouragement. You’ll restore confidence. You’ll build bridges between medical recovery and real life—where strength isn't just measured in motion, but in a patient’s belief that they can return to the life they love.
Here, across the scenic backroads and historic towns of central Ohio, we’re inviting you to do the kind of work that matters deeply—and to do it in the kinds of places that feel like home.
Why This Work Feels Different
In our home health model, every day offers a fresh landscape—new homes, new goals, new opportunities to build meaningful relationships with patients and families. You won’t be rushing between treatment tables or watching a clock on the wall. Instead, you’ll design your day around what each individual truly needs to move forward.
You’ll evaluate and document patient strength, range of motion, and mobility. You’ll build comprehensive care plans, initiate treatment, adjust based on real-world performance, and collaborate with referring physicians and care team members. You’ll train caregivers, monitor progress, supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, and serve as the bridge between clinical excellence and compassionate, adaptable care.
Whether you're helping a grandmother regain the strength to garden again or teaching a new amputee how to navigate their home with confidence, you’ll play a role few others get to play—and you’ll be trusted to do it with independence and integrity.
This is physical therapy as it was meant to be: personal, purposeful, and deeply rewarding.
A Community That Grounds You, A Region That Restores You
Beyond the front doors of your patients’ homes lies a region that offers peace, space, and connection—the kind of place where life moves more gently and meaningfully.
This is small-town Ohio at its most charming—where coffee shops are locally owned, the sidewalks are filled with friendly greetings, and the land itself seems to exhale. The countryside here is dotted with wooded trails, creeks, historic barns, and winding roads that give you time to think between visits. You might stop for lunch at a roadside farm stand or take a short detour after your last appointment to watch the sunset spill across an open field.
It’s not just where you work—it’s where you live, relax, and remember why balance matters. There’s no commute gridlock here. No endless rows of high-rises. Just room to breathe—and time to enjoy the life you’re helping others rebuild.
What You’ll Bring—and What We’ll Give Back
To thrive here, you’ll need more than technical skill. You’ll need to be steady in the unknown, clear in your communication, and comfortable leading the way—both in your patients’ care and in your own development.
You’ll come with a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and a license to practice in the state of Ohio. Your CPR certification is current, and your car is ready for the road—you carry a valid Ohio driver’s license and vehicle insurance because your work takes you directly into the lives and spaces of the people you serve. While experience in home health is certainly valued, we’re equally eager to welcome a confident, compassionate therapist who is new to the setting but ready to learn. What matters most to us is that you care deeply and treat your work as both a clinical service and a personal commitment.
We’re offering a $20,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year agreement, as well as a predictable schedule—Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with shared on-call responsibility during holidays. Beyond that, you’ll have access to health, dental, and vision coverage, generous paid time off, a retirement plan with matching contributions, and tuition support to help you grow your career at your own pace.
What you’ll find here—perhaps most importantly—is the trust to do your job well. We don’t micromanage. We support. We ask questions. We listen. And we believe in giving our clinicians the freedom to do what they do best: help people heal.
Be the Therapist Who Sees the Whole Picture
This isn’t just a chance to help people walk again. It’s a chance to walk with them—through the uncertainty, through the triumphs, and back into the life they’ve been missing.
If you’ve been waiting for a therapy career that offers both purpose and peace… that trusts your judgment and celebrates your compassion… that offers space to grow, rest, and thrive…
Apply today. Let’s make home health something extraordinary—together.
