Occupational Therapist Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patients' needs and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients improve functional abilities.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to assist patients in regaining independence in daily activities.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises, adaptive techniques, and assistive devices.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Occupational Therapist Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (required).
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and rehabilitation processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
