Advance Your Expertise in the Heart of Ohio’s Healing Landscape
A Cath Lab Career Built on Precision, Purpose, and a Strong Sense of Place

There are places that stay with you—not because they’re loud, but because they’re steady. Not because they promise flash, but because they deliver substance. In the gently unfolding landscape of central Ohio, where morning mist rises over cornfields and trails stretch beneath maple canopies, a high-performing cardiovascular team is writing its own quiet legacy of care.

Here, in a hospital that serves with excellence and humility, the Cath Lab is where lives are changed every single day. And now, we’re seeking a dedicated Interventional Radiologic Technologist to join us—to bring sharp clinical acumen and a human touch to a role that’s anything but routine.

Precision Work in a High-Trust Environment

Your days here won’t just be filled with procedures—they’ll be filled with purpose. As a Cardiovascular Interventional Radiologic Technologist, you’ll be at the center of high-stakes moments, providing vital support in a full range of cardiac and vascular interventions. Whether assisting with angiograms, pacemaker insertions, or stent placements, your role will be essential to the success of each procedure and the wellbeing of every patient.

From preparing and draping the patient to positioning the C-arm for optimal visualization, you’ll bring focus, confidence, and competence to each task. You’ll start IVs, manage sedation under supervision, perform real-time hemodynamic monitoring, and ensure that sterile technique is flawlessly followed. You’ll be the kind of team member others rely on for calm in complexity—and you’ll never face that complexity alone.

Here, collaboration is not just encouraged—it’s embedded in everything we do. Physicians, nurses, and technologists work side by side, sharing insights, lifting each other up, and leaning on one another when the stakes are high.

A Region that Matches Your Rhythm

Outside of work, you’ll find space—physical, emotional, and creative—to live the kind of life many healthcare professionals only dream about.

This region of Ohio is known for its natural beauty and small-town charm, where historic neighborhoods give way to quiet farmland and winding trails. On your days off, you might bike through a leafy green corridor once used by trains, kayak along a gentle river framed by sycamores, or simply enjoy coffee from a corner café that remembers your name.

It’s a place where art walks and seasonal festivals bring the community together, where antique stores and farm stands line country roads, and where the pace of life supports your well-being instead of draining it. Whether you’re raising a family, savoring solo time, or just craving more peace and less pressure, this is a place where your lifestyle can finally match your values.

And when the city calls, Columbus is just a drive away—giving you access to world-class dining, events, and travel hubs without the daily congestion and cost of living.

Qualifications That Help You Soar

We’re looking for a highly trained professional with the technical background and personal character to thrive in our fast-paced Cath Lab environment.

You should be a graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program and hold a current Ohio Radiographer License as well as ARRT (R.T.) certification. Advanced credentials in Cardiovascular (CV), Cardiac Intervention (CI), or Vascular Intervention (VI) are highly preferred, and RCIS certification is a welcome asset.

You must hold BLS certification, with ACLS required within one year of hire. We expect strong working knowledge of cardiac anatomy, interventional protocols, radiation safety, and the operation of advanced imaging equipment. But beyond the skillset, we’re seeking someone who brings compassion, clarity, and a deep sense of responsibility to every patient encounter.

What We Offer in Return

In exchange for your expertise, we’re offering a role that supports your future and rewards your commitment. That includes a $20,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year contract, full-time hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM), and shared call coverage (one weekday per week, plus every fourth weekend).

We also provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to support every aspect of your life—health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, a retirement plan with employer match, tuition reimbursement, and access to continued professional development.

But more than anything, we offer a culture of respect, flexibility, and real opportunity. Here, your voice is heard. Your growth is championed. And your presence makes a difference.
