Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• BSN degree preferred
• Valid nursing license in the State of Ohio
• AHA Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification required
• Prior patient care experience is preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in medical, surgical, or critical care settings
• Oncology experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and self-care techniques
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly communicate any changes to the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with hospital policies
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
