Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
• Active Ohio RN license
• Current AHA Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification
• Preferred experience in patient care, with a minimum of 1 year in medical, surgical, or critical care
• Oncology experience is a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate and individualized care to oncology patients, including assessment, planning, and evaluation of treatments
• Administer medications and therapies following physician directives
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and self-care practices
• Monitor patient progress and report changes promptly
• Maintain meticulous documentation in line with hospital standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
