FULL TIME STAFF ACCOUNTANT (Hospital Based, 100% On-Site)

Hospital Accountant Schedule

Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 40-hours a week

NO WEEKENDS, NO HOLIDAYS!

Hospital Accountant Must Possess Ability to:

• Prepare and organize financial and accounting transactions
• Prepare financials statements
• Provide support to Directors in regards to budgets and financial reports
• Meet reporting deadlines
• Support month- and year-end close processes
• Prepare, verify, allocate and post journal entries
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Prepare requested reports
• Data analysis
• Multi-task and be able to quickly switch gears between tasks as required
• Adapt to different financial and reporting software
