Where Every Image Tells a Story — And Every Heartbeat Matters
A Cath Lab Technologist Role Rooted in Purpose, Precision, and a Place You’ll Be Proud to Call Home

Some healthcare jobs teach you how to perform. The right ones teach you how to connect.

In a region of Ohio where time slows just enough for stories to unfold—between meandering rivers and historic main streets—there’s a hospital where connection is at the core of everything we do. Where the hum of the C-arm, the steady rhythm of the monitor, and the quiet coordination between caregivers form the daily soundtrack of meaningful care.

We’re looking for a Cardiovascular Interventional Radiologic Technologist who knows that real clinical excellence starts with human connection. Someone who can manage wires and leads with expert precision—but who also knows the power of a warm tone, a steady hand, or a reassuring nod in a moment of fear.

This is a full-time opportunity to join a high-performing Cath Lab team that thrives on trust, collaboration, and a shared commitment to getting it right when it matters most. But it’s also an invitation to join a community—a region where life is more than just livable. It’s deeply fulfilling.

A Day in the Life — And Why It’s More Than a Shift

Every day, you’ll arrive with purpose. You’ll work alongside a skilled team of interventional cardiologists, RNs, and imaging professionals in a department where the workflow is efficient and the care is personal. Together, you’ll deliver diagnostic and therapeutic cardiovascular procedures that quite literally save lives.

You’ll scrub in on everything from coronary interventions and pacemaker insertions to peripheral angiograms and vascular stenting. You’ll be responsible for sterile field setup, equipment calibration, radiation safety, and contrast administration under supervision. You’ll track vital signs, monitor EKGs, respond swiftly to changes, and communicate clearly with the rest of the team—because around here, clarity saves lives.

You’ll be trusted to act independently, but you’ll never feel alone. Our Cath Lab is a space where everyone has each other’s back—where expertise is respected, mistakes are treated as opportunities, and teaching moments are never missed. You’ll play a key role not just in patient outcomes, but in shaping the culture that makes those outcomes possible.

Outside the Hospital: A Life Well Lived

Beyond the walls of the lab, a different kind of rhythm awaits. This part of central Ohio is made for those who crave balance—between work and wellness, progress and peace, connection and quiet. Here, rolling hills fade into forest trails, and historic downtowns offer everything from boutique shopping and live music to Friday night fish fries and ice cream socials under the stars.

You’ll discover that this region moves to a gentler beat. It’s not sleepy—it’s steady. It’s not out of touch—it’s grounded. And whether you’re running on a wooded trail before your shift, sharing a pint at the local brewery afterward, or finding your favorite spot by the river on weekends, you’ll feel it: this is a place where you can finally catch your breath.

With affordable living, short commutes, and access to outdoor recreation in every direction, life here offers more than convenience—it offers clarity.

What We’re Hoping You Bring

To thrive in this role, you’ll need sharp clinical skills, a clear head in fast-paced settings, and a deeply human approach to patient care.

You should be a graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program with a valid Ohio Radiographer License and ARRT (R.T.) certification. Advanced credentials such as Cardiac Intervention (CI), Vascular Intervention (VI), or Cardiovascular (CV) are strongly preferred, as is RCIS certification.

You’ll also need BLS certification (required) and ACLS (required within 12 months). Previous experience in a Cath Lab or interventional radiology setting is ideal, but even if you're still growing in your career, we value passion, precision, and people skills above all.

You should be comfortable using advanced imaging and interventional equipment, following strict procedural protocols, and documenting everything from procedural findings to discharge education. But most importantly, you should be someone who treats every patient like family—and every colleague like a partner.

What You’ll Receive

We believe great work deserves great support. That’s why we’re offering a $20,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year agreement, along with a schedule designed to balance focus and flexibility: full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, plus one weekly on-call shift and every fourth weekend.

Our benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, generous PTO, retirement with employer match, tuition assistance, and access to continuing education and leadership development. Most importantly, we offer a workplace culture built on respect, recognition, and relationship.

You won’t be just a number here. You’ll be a name. A face. A teammate. And a vital part of something truly meaningful.

Your Next Chapter Starts Here

There are a lot of hospitals hiring right now. A lot of Cath Labs looking for technologists. But not every opportunity offers what this one does—a chance to grow your skills in a clinically advanced setting, while grounding your life in a region that offers peace, purpose, and room to breathe.

If you’re ready to bring your expertise to a place where interventional radiology is both an art and a science—and where the work is as meaningful as the life you build around it—we hope you’ll apply.

Let’s make a difference. Let’s make it together.
