Home Health OT Pay Scale (Hourly or Salaried Options):

 $40.00 - $55.00 hourly

83,200 - $114,400 salary

Home Health Occupational Therapist Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current license to practice Occupational Therapist in the State of Ohio
• Current CPR certificate
